Arrival Time
Please arrive at your reserved time so that your meal can begin as scheduled. If you are delayed due to train disruptions or traffic, please contact us as soon as possible. Reservations may be treated as a no-show and released if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice.
Departure Time
If you need to leave by a specific time, please let us know when making your reservation. Requests made on the day of your visit may result in some courses being omitted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
• 10 days before: 50%
• From the day before: 100%
For reservations of 6 or more guests, cancellation of the entire booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
Temporary reservations are not accepted. Please make your reservation once your schedule is confirmed.
Changes to the number of guests due to illness can be accommodated until the day before your reservation.
Please note that changing your reservation date may be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation. Please consult the owner in advance if you wish to reschedule.
If a reservation for a private room is cancelled, a separate private room cancellation fee of ¥3,300 will apply.Dress Code
Smart Casual attire is requested. Please refrain from wearing overly casual clothing such as shorts, sandals, or sportswear. To preserve the delicate aromas of our cuisine and dashi, we also ask that you avoid wearing strong perfume or fragrances.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant. Guests may not leave the restaurant during the meal to smoke. Smoking is also prohibited around the entrance and surrounding area.
Children
As our restaurant is primarily used for business dining and special occasions, children are generally not admitted. We welcome guests of junior high school age or older who are able to enjoy the same course meal as adults in a quiet manner.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any food allergies or ingredients to avoid for all members of your party when making your reservation. For safety reasons, we may be unable to accommodate guests with severe or extensive allergies.
During Your Visit
To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all guests, please refrain from speaking loudly or engaging in behavior that may disturb others.
We offer mineral water and a selection of teas. Please note that tap water is not served during your meal.
Complimentary tea is served with our homemade Japanese sweets at the end of the course. During your meal, we kindly invite you to select your preferred beverage from our drink menu.
